How to check your identity ?

Checking your identity is essential to be able to take full advantage of our services. You will learn in this tutorial how to do it. Before you start, it is necessary to have a feel mining account to verify. To do this, click on the “Registration” button at the top right of the site to create an account.

Introduction

From your dashboard, go to the “Settings” tab accessible from the lateral menu, then in the “Check my identity” section. Then click on the “Check my identity” button in the middle of the screen.

1st step: Liveness

You will initiate the identity verification procedure. 3 steps are necessary to supplement it 100 %.

To start, click on the “Liveness” button.

In this stage, you must take a picture of you to prove that you later correspond to your identity documents.

Once arrived on the page, place your face in the center of the screen and click the photo socket button.

Here are some tips to correctly succeed in this step:

• Return your face closer to the lens so that it takes the entire surface of the screen.
• Place yourself in a bright room, avoid reflections, remove your glasses if necessary.
• If you wear other accessories (hat, earrings, piercing, etc.), remove them so that the software correctly detects your face.

If by applying these tips, your photo is still not validated, it is surely that the quality of your webcam is insufficient. For this, we invite you to continue the identity verification on another device.

The Liveness step being finished now, let's move on: now click on the “Identity” button.

2nd step: identity

As its name suggests, this second step requires you to provide a valid identity document. Before removing it, select the country from the document.

Choose the type of document you want to share.

Once selected, you can transmit your document by taking a photo of it with your camera or directly by remitting it from your computer or smartphone. Note that only .png and .jpg formats are accepted.

3rd step: proof of residence

In this last part, it is necessary to transmit proof of residence. This must imperatively date from less than 3 months. You can choose a proof of address or a bank statement.

It is imperative that your address, your name and surname appear on the document.

It is thanks to this information that during your order on our platform, VAT will be applied according to your place of residence. A verification not to be overlooked!

Select the country's country of residence once again.

Then, click on one of the two options, depending on the document to be transmitted. As with the second step, you can take a picture of the document or to set it out directly from your device.

Congratulations, your identity verification is complete, you can now take advantage of our products and services!

4th step: income and heritage

By performing the three steps above, you will have the Gold account status. This allows you to order up to 3000 euros over 30 sliding days.

To go to the higher account level and delete this purchase limit, we invite you to start this annex verification.

To do this, click on the “Start” button “Income and Heritage line”

In this last step, you must transmit one of its following two documents:

• Proof of income over the past calendar year (tax notice N-1 or pay slip of less than 3 months)
• A proof of heritage (proof noted of the sale of property, act of inheritance or any other document justifying the invested sum.)

What if my verification is not accepted?

Have you followed the step -by -step tutorial, transmitted valid documents but your verification is still not accepted? First check all the following points:

• The documents transmitted do not correspond to the name appearing on your feel mining account.
• The documents transmitted date by more than 3 months or are illegible.
• The proof of address document contains a telephone bill.
